6. Payment Terms

Payment for the application fee is accepted via Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize the transfer of funds. All fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. We are not responsible for payment processing delays from third-party payment providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlight Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
